Pastor Ryan has been leading Equippers Church since October of 2006. He and his wife, Rebecca, are purposely living out a God-given calling. He strives to walk with integrity of heart and leave footprints for others to follow that point to Christ.

Pastor Ryan is a gifted communicator whose heart desires to serve the body of Christ. He emphasizes God's comprehensive rule over a believer's life and makes it his goal each week for people to experience God's presence and power. Being grounded in the Bible and developing a consistent hunger for God's presence are keys to a vital Christian walk.

Pastor Ryan graduated from Northpoint Bible College in 1996 with a degree in Bible and Pastoral Leadership.

Pastor Ryan has been happily married to Rebecca for 30 years. They have three children: Steven, Andrew, and Sophia.

Pastor Rebecca joined the Equippers Church leadership team in 2006 as Pastor of Worship Ministries. In addition to leading worship, Pastor Rebecca is a gifted communicator and preacher of God's Word.  She is married to her college sweetheart and adores her three children. She seeks to inspire burning hearts for the Lord in sacrificial pursuit of His Presence.  Rebecca desires to raise up and empower worshipers of all ages.

She graduated from Northpoint Bible College in 1995 with a degree in Bible and Pastor Leadership.

Brandon and his wife Brigette are passionate about souls and desire to see the local church grow. They believe in the power of the Holy Spirit and are prayerfully contending for a Great Spiritual Awakening. Introducing people to Christ and seeing the Kingdom of God advance is woven into their DNA.

They have been valued members of our ministry team since February 2020.  Brigette and Brandon graduated from River School of Ministry in Tampa, Florida and have two beautiful children together.

Anna joined our church ministry team in January 2023.  Anna has her degree in Early Childhood Education from Indiana University. She and her husband, Ethan, have been a part of Equippers Church for many years.  Anna is a gifted communicator and brings incredible energy and joy to all she does.  Our kid's services are filled with anointed teaching, demonstrations, and excitement!  Your kids will love her!

Pastor Steven is a recent graduate of Remnant Bible College in Horseheads, NY. He and his wife MacKenzie joined our ministry team in August 2023. Prior to studying for youth ministry, Steven attended Indiana University, where he studied Business and Education. He and MacKenzie have a one-year-old girl, Maisy, and are expecting their second child in December. Steven and MacKenzie are passionate about youth ministry and are excited to have this opportunity to serve you and your family, and make a difference here in the region!   

Ae Cha (Mikki) Graham has been passionately serving the Lord in ministry since 1984. Her deep desire to see others grow in their faith in Jesus and experience the fullness of God has been her life’s mission. 

Ae Cha graduated with a Bachelor's Degree in Ministerial Studies in 2005 from A/G Evangel Theological Seminary at Chicago, and became an Associate Pastor in the Korean Assemblies of God in 2017. Ae Cha became a licensed Minister with the Assemblies in 2022 and is currently pursuing her Master’s Degree in Ministerial Studies from A/G Theological School of New York with a focus on Pastoral Counseling and Coaching.  

Ae Cha loves spending time with her five children and two grandchildren and lives in Munster, Indiana, with her husband, Aaron.

Pastor George and Sharon Miller have been working at Equippers Church since 2006.  During that time, Pastor George has overseen the church missions program, and senior's ministry, and most recently, he and Sharon have taken on the role of Congregational Care Pastors.  

They are beloved members of our church family and, though retired (shhh! don't tell anyone) they still give their time faithfully each week to minister and enrich the lives of those around them.

Jim Everson joined our ministry team in 2024.  Jim is a gifted teacher with a strong desire to disciple members of Equippers Church and equip them with a strong biblical foundation.  He is excited to demonstrate his passion for the local church as he serves as Administrator.  

Jim graduated from Rhema Bible College in 2003, where he studied Theology. He has been attending Equippers Church since 2017 with his wife, Jeanne, and their three sons, Benjamin, Tyler, and Caleb.
